I stop here often on my way back to Austin. Always excellent service and good food! Guy bringing food out to the tables is super friendly and so customer service oriented. I wish I knew his name but he needs to be in management! If management is reading this I am writing this while at schlotzskys. The guy is wearing a white t shirt, dark hair. Give him a promotion. And if corporate is reading this, these employees should be training your current ones in austin locations.
I typically try to find local eateries as most chains tend to sacrifice quality and service for profit. However this Schlotzsky's has yet to disappoint, the service is fast and courteous. The sandwiches are good, ample portions for the price. The facility itself is pretty roomy too. We don't live in the area where this restaurant is located but stop there when on road trips and I need to feed hungry kids that tend to not all agree on where to eat. This is an easy stop for my family. Recommended for a quick bite.
Me and my husband went here for dinner since we had a coupon that came in the mail. Went through the drive-thru and was greeted all happily. They forgot his sandwich , he ordered a pick 2. He went back inside to get it fixed. One lady apologized and gave us a free cookie and another lady also apologized and gave us 2 free cinnabons. Everyone was so polite, just a simple mistake and we got great service here!
Schlotzsky's has the best sandwiches you can get. If I'm looking for a good sandwich at a great price, I can always rest assured Schlotzskys will satisfy my craving, consistently.
