Very helpful staff. Has almost everything you will need in the general hardware realm. No appliances, and VERY limited lumber selection. But overall, very nice place.
Customer Service is 110%. When purchasing items, ACE is top notch. We've purchased 4 STIHL weedeaters, and 4 STIHL chainsaws and sadly they have all been stolen, but each time Ace in Belton has gone above and beyond printing receipts for them and marking them stolen in the computer. All I had to do is show up and they had everything highlighted and ready to go. One of the saws wasn't coming up on the ace rewards and the manager took to the time to look it up by SKU and go through day by day to find it for me.
I went to the store to pick up some door trim & weather striping . Every employee was very helpful one of them showed me where to find everything quickly. This was about a year ago sorry meant to post earlier.
People are nice to bounce ideas off of. I enjoy this experience more than a bigger place and it is convenient, but stuff does tend to coat more, and there is not a huge supply of some items such as wood.
