I am giving 4 stars because Allstate has always been quick and fair on claims.
Where I have a problem is in the steady increase in my car insurance. I was paying $1,209 per 6-month period, never had an accident or a ticket. I saw an article in Consumers Reports warning of a steady unfair increase to loyal policy owners and to check out other companies. I did, found GEICO for $525 for 6-months for the same coverage. $1,209 vs $525, that is a no-brainer. Even losing my Allstate discount of $150 per 6-months I am still way ahead going with GEICO. Once I brought this to Allstate’s attention, a new quote of about $750 was provided for a new and improved policy. Why should a loyal customer have to find this out on their own, Allstate should have noticed this and suggested look into changing the current policy.

Fact they will call you when they find some will help you save money with any lawsuit good coverage. They recognized you when you walk in they. They recognize you and greet you just like you're an old friend which is extremely rare these days. customer service is spot on. They know you greet you like a life-long friend. They put you at ease when you walk in the door no pressure selling they talk to you like a person one-on-one very personal attention they're great
