In the short of it all I would definitely say not to ever stay there. And being as this is the home of FT. Hood , to all my fellow service men and woman and veterans don’t ever go there.

The way it looks on the outside is very deceiving. The rooms are totally awesome. It is a great place to stay

They wouldn’t even get 1 star but I had to put something to write and post my review.

This had to be the absolute worst place I’ve ever been to, and because my in the military I’ve been in some pretty bad places.

I was received with welcome arms after fleeing from hurricane Harvey. The front desk receptionist was very courteous and had everything ready when I arrived. The owners Sue and Lee were very kind and receptive at breakfast which was fresh and ready in morning served in Polynisian Thai dining area which has a very classy atmosphere. The room was impeccable and I left for a few hours and came home to notice fresh towels had been placed in room and trash emptied. I am very impressed with this facility and it gets a top rating. The rooms are very clean no complaints. In fact for the money it beats any hotel I have stayed at. Well done . I highly recommend this hotel to weary travellers.

This place is clean and has cable. They had breakfast for free and it was good and the staff there was really nice and respectful.

The following morning upon going to possibly eat breakfast that is from 7 to 9 which anyone knows that as long as your there by 9 your good. Well the same manager was rude as hell towards myself and my fiancée by making I’ll comments like “ I don’t have to let y’all eat” and “ y’all are lucky I’m letting you eat” and as we left out and shut the door he exited the makeshift restaurant and started cussing me.

The room... the a/c didn’t work , the bathroom door didn’t close, the mini fridge didn’t work, there’s no phone to get a hold of the front desk to the rude manager, the towels had holes and stains on them.

It's a place to stay the night when you need a place. They've got a continental breakfast. Right off the interstate and about $70

The “manager” was very rude and discourteous to start with but the room was quite atrocious as well. The pictures that are in the internet must be of some other place because they sure aren’t the place I stayed at.
