Was attended by Camille. She was very wonderful. I came in first thing in the morning and was greeted by a very welcoming smile and I had pleasant conversation with her as we worked through my transaction. She said she loved her job and that she enjoys what she does, that attitude reflected outstanding customer service. I would recommed ExtraSpace storage anytime.
I had called Camille from Afghanistan hoping I could get a reservation for my boat.... I explained to her situation, bought a boat that I couldn't pass up on the price and needed a place to store it.... There was no other place available, however she assured me that she will contact me in a few hours... She came back with a good news of making a spot for me, gave me a very reasonable price regardless of the last minute call and my dire need of a space (she could've charged me an arm and leg and I would've settled for it since that was my only option).... I don't normally do reviews, but for her excellent customer service and understanding towards my situation, I would write a million and still won't be able to summarize my appreciation for what she's done for me..... Wonderful! Relaxing, Assured...Delighted! Camille is a box full of sunshine. She helped me with getting a storage unit, and it was simple! She explained everything I had questions about before I even asked. Very happy lady! I trust my stuff being in this storage facility and sleep at night with no worries :)
Randy was a huge help to me today in finding a new storage unit after my recent move to the area. The units are clean and the property has plenty of room. The whole process was quick and easy.
