Needs more car hoppers! Wait time is not bad,yet more car hoppers are well needed for this Sonic is seen off I-35 hwy! The need is quite great and because of lack of car hoppers it takes a moment for food to be delivered,it's under 5 minutes from order time! Still the world of inconvenience keeps this Sonic's drive in never full,yet,never empty!
I work close by and frequent go to this location and they have the best car hop around. She's never out anymore but guess what she was tonight thank you Nicole for the supper fast serves. She always have a positive attitude and smile when we come. Y'all need more fast car hops during the day, way to slow and one car hop don't even smile she always has a mean face on. The guy seems like he's on something. Iv had a order that was mistake once when my order was large they gave me a medium But they were polite and fixed it with not much of delay. So thanks to the best Sonic in Belton. Keep up the hard work. Thanks to the owner your staff is doing an awesome job. Food is always on point...
I had a car hop with a very bad attitude I recall seeing her name tag Alex for she did not introduce herself I had to look for myself! Sonic is usually a happy friendly place! What really got me about the whole situation is she walked away without giving me my change! I will never go to that sonic again as long as she is There! I even asked for straws which she said she would bring back which never happen I asked a young lady by the name of Sam who was very sweet don't loose Her! Anyway get a grip on who you hire get rid of her if you want to keep customers!!

We went to this sonic Wednesday for the $1.00 chili cheese dog day and we was disappointed.� We never had a problem with this location till that day. Always good food & super fast service. First off where is Nicole (carhop) did she move to a different location? She's the best carhop around. She's always in a good mood,very helpful and super fast. Well on the 19th of july we came up there around 1:00 P.m to order 4 dollar chili cheese dog's & 2 Lg drinks, it took them forever to bring us our food out. Which we understand it's busy but when the carhop (black hair) tattoos all over comes out with my order and was wrong. � She said "No, are u sure"? I was Like yes I'm sure then she turned around saying something with an attitude. She went back in and it took her 15 minutes r more to bring us the right food and drinks. She did not say sorry about the wait are anything. She said "here's your food and drinks" I asked her what was in the bag, she did not know she had to look in the bag to tell me.. No receipt on the cup r bag like it usually is. My change should of been $7 and some change well i only received $5 dollars back but did not notice till we made it home. It could have been a accident cause they was busy and she was in a rush. so I understand. But she needs a better attitude if she's going to work in this kind of business. We love this location cause they are fast and friendly with good food and the Diet Coke is Amazing!
